Fuel is the lifeblood of our customers’ businesses, so continuity of supply is essential.

We focus on working closely as a team to ensure that our customers can depend on us to deliver a reliable supply of fuel wherever and whenever they need it.

Our success in achieving this is borne out by the consistently high ratings we get for ‘continuity of supply’ in our annual customer surveys, with 97.5% rating us as ‘good or excellent’ in our 2018 survey.

Team work

Mabanaft’s tight-knit team are all based in central London and working in the same office supports fast and effective internal communications. Our sales and marketing and supply and operations teams work closely together and can easily flag any potential supply issues or upturns in demand as they occur. This means the team can act swiftly to respond to these before they become a  problem.

Being able to deliver a reliable, uninterrupted supply of fuel is key to building long-lasting relationships with our customers. We have supplied wholesale heating oil to Goff Petroleum from our Thames Terminal Grays for over 35 years. Goff’s Fuel Buyer, Darren Pike, has worked with us personally since 1994.

Goff Petroleum is a leading heating oil distributor for East Anglia and the South East. Their business depends on a reliable, year-round supply of fuel so they can continue to deliver to their customers.
