Transforming deal administration

Over the past few years Mabanaft has been investing in technology to make buying fuel quicker, easier and more transparent. Now, we are extending Mabalive to provide an unrivalled, end-to-end service that will transform deal administration.  

Mabanaft has built something of a reputation for innovation. We were the first UK fuel wholesaler to make live pricing and online ordering available to customers on Mabalive (launched at FPSEXPO in 2011) and regular updates and improvements to the system since then have ensured that it remains ahead of the game. Development is now underway that will take MabaLIVE to a completely new level.

Online deal administration 

The aim is to make Mabalive a central data hub that allows customers to access their trading account and proactively manage their deal administration online. In effect, they will be able to view live pricing, place an order, and then track the deal from lifting at the terminal through to final invoicing.

Real time reporting

The ultimate ambition is to provide detailed reporting that will include an overview of purchased orders and daily movements, a summary of remaining balances to lift, expiry dates of terminal releases, credit utilisation and a comprehensive invoice history.

These reports will also be available to download in csv format or as a PDF document. Key information will be presented in an all-in-one dashboard, providing a clear and intuitive overview of a customer’s account. All-in-all, Mabalive will provide complete transparency and help make deal administration quicker and more efficient, thus saving customers time and making their lives easier.
